Ce site utilise le serveur SMTP de gmail, pour envoyer les mails issus des pages de contacts, aussi bien que pour m'avertir d'erreur 500 (problème serveur) que d'erreur 404 (page inexistante), ou encore pour les opérations de maintenance (sauvegarde régulière de la base de données).
Le problème est que depuis peu, Google a mis en place un système de filtre anti-spam qui me bloquait la majorité des messages sortants, même les valides. Le serveur SMTP renvoie l'erreur suivante :

Il n'est pas possible de désactiver le filtre anti-spam de gmail dans les options. Certains auront peut-être opté directement pour un autre fournisseur SMTP. Pour ma part, j'ai essayé de contourner le problème en rendant valides les messages qui n'étaient pas perçues comme tels. Pour cela, il suffit simplement d'attacher une pièce jointe (aussi petite soit-elle) au message envoyé, et le serveur de gmail a l'air d'être plus souple face à ce genre de message.
Cette solution n'est pas une panacée, mais elle fonctionne. Pour rendre le stratagème un peu plus transparent, il est possible d'attacher un fichier de signature à votre message. De la sorte, le destinataire ne verra que votre signature, au lieu d'un fichier joint sans relation avec le corps du message.
